ASSET URBANISM - High-rise Tower New York

Studio started by modelling and developing 7-Techniques (Seaming, Pinching,Texturing, Patterning, Accumulation, Bridging, Nesting). Based on these techniques, a tower was designed on site of One57, presently tallest tower of NYC. Idea was to design an asset which increases Real Estate value of the project, given that the site is one of the most expensive property in NYC close to Central park. The proposal was a car parking system to generate revenue as parking is a major problem in NYC. Also water ilteration system was proposed as infrastructure to the city. M.Arch- Fall 2014
